Annual General Meeting

July 28 @ 8:00 pm - 9:30 pm

Our next Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place on Wednesday 28th July on Zoom and potentially (!) face to face if we can find a venue that works for those that would prefer face to face meetings.

The AGM is where we elect our new committee and set our priorities for the year. We are always really keen to get new people involved and often have more roles than volunteers! The positions available this year are

  • Chair
  • Deputy Chair
  • Secretary
  • Treasurer
  • Fundraising Lead
  • Marketing and Communications Lead
  • Pride Lead
  • Camping Lead
  • Prospective parents and under 5’s lead
  • Primary age children lead
  • Older kids lead

Rainbow Families can only run with the input of our members and we try to keep time commitments to a minimum as we all recognise our time is precious. If you are interested in a position and would like more information you can email Kate for more details.
